3. PRODUITS ET PRIX<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3.1 SALGAR se r\u00e9serve le droit de d\u00e9cider, \u00e0 tout moment, des Produits propos\u00e9s aux Utilisateurs via la Boutique. <\/span>En particulier, SALGAR peut \u00e0 tout moment ajouter de nouveaux Produits \u00e0 ceux propos\u00e9s ou inclus dans la Boutique, \u00e9tant entendu que sauf indication contraire, ces nouveaux Produits seront r\u00e9gis par les dispositions des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales. <\/span>De m\u00eame, SALGAR se r\u00e9serve le droit de cesser de fournir ou de faciliter l’acc\u00e8s et l’utilisation \u00e0 tout moment et sans pr\u00e9avis de l’une des diff\u00e9rentes classes de Produits propos\u00e9s dans la Boutique.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3.2 Les Produits inclus dans la Boutique correspondront de la mani\u00e8re la plus fiable possible que la technologie d’affichage Web permet pour les Produits r\u00e9ellement offerts. <\/span>Les caract\u00e9ristiques des Produits et leurs prix apparaissent dans la Boutique. <\/span>Les prix indiqu\u00e9s dans la boutique sont en euros et n’incluent pas la TVA pour les utilisateurs \u00ab\u00a0professionnels\u00a0\u00bb. <\/span>Les clients non professionnels ne pourront pas effectuer l’achat de produits et les prix effectifs s’ils incluent la TVA.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4. PROCEDURE ET MODE DE PAIEMENT DES PRODUITS<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.1 Dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de vingt-quatre (24) heures, SALGAR enverra un e-mail \u00e0 l’Utilisateur, confirmant l’achat. <\/span>Les conditions et modalit\u00e9s de paiement seront toujours celles que le client a convenues r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec Salgar, vous pouvez les consulter en contactant SALGAR \u00e0 tout moment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.2 La confirmation de commande envoy\u00e9e par SALGAR n’est pas valable comme facture, uniquement comme preuve d’achat. <\/span>SALGAR permet d’envoyer la facture par e-mail \u00e0 l’adresse du client une fois g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le syst\u00e8me interne de Salgar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. DROIT DE RETRACTATION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5.1 L’utilisateur dispose d’un droit de r\u00e9tractation lui permettant de contacter SALGAR par e-mail \u00e0 l’adresse suivante: <\/span><\/span><\/span>comunicacion@salgar.net<\/span><\/span><\/span> et renoncer \u00e0 l’achat dans un d\u00e9lai ne d\u00e9passant pas sept (14) jours ouvrables, \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception du Produit. <\/span>Le Produit doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 du bon de retour d\u00fbment compl\u00e9t\u00e9 et d’une copie du bon de livraison ou de la facture, d\u00fbment compl\u00e9t\u00e9, aux frais de SALGAR aux frais directs de retour du Produit. <\/span>Ce retour sera effectu\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux instructions que SALGAR indiquera \u00e0 l’Utilisateur en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 sa notification de l’exercice de r\u00e9tractation. <\/span>L’Utilisateur doit retourner le Produit dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de (14) jours \u00e0 compter de la date \u00e0 laquelle SALGAR indique le formulaire de retour.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5.2 Le retrait implique le retour du montant pay\u00e9 par le m\u00eame moyen de paiement que l’achat a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9. <\/span>Le terme dudit paiement sera celui fix\u00e9 par la loi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5.3 Le droit de r\u00e9tractation ne peut \u00eatre exerc\u00e9 lorsque le Produit n’est pas retourn\u00e9 dans son emballage d’origine et lorsque le Produit n’est pas en parfait \u00e9tat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6. SERVICE CLIENT<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6.1 Pour tout incident, r\u00e9clamation ou exercice de leurs droits, l’Utilisateur peut envoyer un email \u00e0 l’adresse <\/span><\/span><\/span>comunicacion@salgar.net<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7. SERVICE DE LIVRAISON<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7.1 La port\u00e9e territoriale des ventes par le biais de la Boutique est exclusivement pour le territoire de l’Union europ\u00e9enne et d’autres pays sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s par Salgar, donc le service de livraison ne sera que pour ces territoires. <\/span>Les produits achet\u00e9s via la boutique seront envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 l’adresse de livraison que l’utilisateur a enregistr\u00e9e comme adresse de livraison dans la base de donn\u00e9es Salgar une fois le paiement v\u00e9rifi\u00e9, le d\u00e9lai de livraison \u00e9tant le plus court possible en fonction de la disponibilit\u00e9 des produits.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7.2 Le service de livraison de SALGAR est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en collaboration avec diff\u00e9rents op\u00e9rateurs logistiques prestigieux. <\/span>Les commandes ne seront pas servies dans les bo\u00eetes postales ou dans les h\u00f4tels ou autres adresses non permanentes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7.3 Le co\u00fbt des exp\u00e9ditions n’est pas inclus dans le prix des Produits. <\/span>Au moment de l’achat du Produit, l’Utilisateur sera inform\u00e9 du co\u00fbt exact de l’exp\u00e9dition.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8. PROPRI\u00c9T\u00c9 INTELLECTUELLE ET INDUSTRIELLE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8.1 Ces conditions r\u00e9giront au moment de l’acceptation de la relation commerciale entre l’Utilisateur Professionnel et SALGAR concernant l’utilisation et le t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement d’images, de fichiers CAO, de certificats, de fiches techniques et d’instructions qui apparaissent sur le site Web WWW.SALGAR. .NET. <\/span>Le simple acc\u00e8s et \/ ou l’utilisation du portail, de tout ou partie de son contenu et \/ ou de ses services signifie l’acceptation pleine et enti\u00e8re de ces conditions d’utilisation. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Unless authorized by SALGAR or, as the case may be, by the third-party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted, the User may not transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, loan, put to provision, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8.3 The Professional User has the obligation to make a legitimate use of the images, CAD files, certificates, technical sheets and instructions of the products, provided by SALGAR, and must strictly comply with the commercial agreements and conditions in force. <\/span>By downloading and using the content provided by SALGAR, the Professional User agrees to: (i) DO NOT make inappropriate, fraudulent or unfair use of the content provided by SALGAR. <\/span>(ii) DO NOT infringe intellectual property and privacy rights, among others, the rights protected by copyright, (iii) DO NOT make use of the content provided by SALGAR in the event of termination of the commercial relationship between the Professional User and the company.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SALGAR may modify at any time the conditions of use of the content provided through the Professional User Portal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8.4 Any conflict that may arise from the interpretation and execution of this agreement is submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Zaragoza.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9. DATA PROTECTION<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9.1 In compliance with Law 15\/99 LOPD, we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as that from the transactions made, will be included and kept in a file for treatment, owned by SALGAR , as long as its cancellation is not requested. <\/span>The treatment will be destined to the development and execution of the sale, the personalized attention of the products and services that it acquires and the improvement of said attention, as well as the promotion of its own products and services and those of third companies linked to SALGAR.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9.2 The User may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation by contacting SALGAR, SALGARX or by email addressed to <\/span><\/span><\/span>lopd@salgar.net <\/span><\/span><\/span>, attaching a copy of their NIF or substitute identification document.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9.3. <\/span>Answers marked with * in the registration form are mandatory. <\/span>Your non-response will prevent the purchase of the selected products from being made.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

10. PASSWORDS<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

10.1 SALGAR will facilitate the use of personal passwords for the user who registers as such on the website. <\/span>These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. <\/span>The user must keep the passwords under his sole responsibility in the strictest and absolute confidentiality, assuming, therefore, how many damages or consequences of any kind derive from the breach or disclosure of the secret. <\/span>For security reasons, the password for telematic access to the services linked to the Website may be modified at any time by the user. <\/span>The User agrees to notify SALGAR immediately of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as access by unauthorized third parties to it.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
